Urethral pain and bladder pressure

Started 2 years ago when I wiped the wrong way and got some fecal matter in my private area. 1-2 days later I had sharp shooting, throbbing pain in my urethra and bladder. It was not the usual UTI pains with burning and urgency. It was like constant pain no matter what I was doing. It literally gave me chills it was so bad I had lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks I couldn’t eat I was depressed and suicidal considering I was only 24. Doctors ruled out any infection. Which is typical what I hear nowadays. They put me on several antibiotics thinking it could take out whatever I was dealing with. Nothing helped except my dad sent me a broad spectrum antibiotics which were herbal and then the pain started to go down almost immediately. I was blown away. I unfortunately was left with a severe yeast infection of itchy crawlings skin that looks almost always inflamed and a leaky gut. From the levaquin, Bactrim etc. which I’m still dealing with to this day ;( no hope for that as whenever I eat sugar or alcohol my skin will crawl.

As for my bladder now the only problem I have that has not gone away with everything I have tried is that after I go pee once I get up it feels like it’s raw in my urethra and hurts. And if I sit down afterwards the pressure from sitting hurts it. Is it possible it’s scar tissue? Or a remaining resistant bacteria? Is there a test I should specifically ask for? Please whatever help will be appreciated it seems the doctors keep scratching their heads even my urologist.
