excess sweating

Could excess sweating and cold chills relate to my blood preasure problems.  I have these sweats nearly every hour and I am extreamly tired. I get breathless and dizzy with the sweats

It is possible it could related and potentially it could indicate an xs of adrenalin in your system.  Ask your doctor about a 24 hour urine collection for metanephrine and catecholeamines.

Thankyou for your reply.  I was not too sure if I should consult my doctor about any connection as shee puts everything down to my menopause. I noticed that when I went up stairs it would bring a sweat on, so I then monitored my blood pressure it would be 136/96 with a pulse rate of 72 before going up stairs then when reaching the bedroom it would be 107/68 pulse 98. I dont think that has anything to do with menopause. Anyway thankyou.    Jane
