Abdominal pain that goes away while jumping

Today I woke up with this barely tolerable abdominal pain that pretty much doesn't change regardless of my position. Apparently it could be appendicitis but I don't have most of the symptoms (pressing then releasing the area doesn't particularly hurt).

I tried going to the toilet and had a tough time defecating, took me almost an hour (usually takes like 2 minutes) and there was just a small amount. The pain remains the same.

Now, this is the peculiar part: while I'm jumping up and down, it completely goes away. Any guesses?
