Bowel movements for 4 weeks

Hello, I'm having a bowel movements everyday and I don't know wat is the problem with my stomatch...I was having a watery stool too but it has stopped but not the bowel movements. I went took blood test and the result showed I had typhoid and little jaundice. I'm  still taking medication for typhoid and jaundice. What should I do?
