Constant cramping, gas, constipation, and feeling of fullness should I go to the ER

(Male 25) Gassy bubbling feeling accompanied by cramps and pressure or fullness in the lower abdomen all day, everyday for 2 months. Didnt have insrurance so I went to the ER twice where a had an xray, ct scan, and blood work, all showing nothing. Now have insurance and an appointment with a gastroenterologist but its not for a month. Would another trip to the ER be useful or am I likely not on deaths door and able to wait for the appointment.

If you have IBS they won't be able to help you much at the ER.Unless you are needing iv fluids and can't even move and are screaming in pain(my IBS trip to ER,glad I went but all they could do is give me fluids and pain meds)

I think it all started with constipation. Drink more water to compensate the constipation. Take more fluids like fruit juices. Or you can have an herbal supplement also which is very effective in treating constipation problem same with what I have did also. I take this Digestic by Mimonis which shows an amazing results on handling constipation problem.
