Dealing with bizarre IBS symptoms over five years now.

I moved from sea level to a higher elevation state back in April of 2015 ( related to my gastrointestinal distress I don't know) but I've been suffering from Ibs symptoms about  three months into the move, I started having constant painful gas  shortly after I consumed anything, also bad bloating, and nausea. My stools don't look normal at all, they are semi formed and always some shade of GREEN. There's been no visible blood but what appears to be mucus occasionally. Any ideas of what could be going on?

How is this going?  Still having that green?  https://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/what-do-different-poop-colors-mean#1  That article is helpful.  Do you take a supplement? Iron in supplements can make our stool green!
