IBS flares, wearing diapers in public and changing?

What do you all do if you need to go out somewhere, like shopping and may not find a bathroom if that sudden urge hits and you are in the middle of a parking lot?  I put a diaper on, but its awkward finding a good place to change.  Public bathrooms are not that great, no room in there.  I been changing in the car, which seems better, but not sure what else to do.  If anyone has answers, or better options please let me know.

I think if your ibs is that out of control, you need to talk to your doctor.  Total lack of control would be less than ideal and I couldn't see going in a diaper.  There are medications people can take.
