Excessive Gas

I am experiencing excessive amounts of Gas, which has been going on for some time. However recently it has got to the stage where if I eat or drink anything I get it almost immediately afterwards.

I am not sure why this is happening. What can I do to get this problem cleared up?

Thanks.

Hey dear, i hope you are doing well now, the probiotics can help reduce flatulence as there are many reasons for excessive gas, it takes time to find the root cause, you should consult your doctor, meanwhile, you can also take the Fart pills, what I have heard and seen in youtube videos, these tablets works and can reduce the smelly flatulence and bloating. You can search for flatuscents on google.

You should first see a doctor about your problem no doubt.  But also what helps with gas is eliminating foods that cause you gas.  Taking Gas-X will help.  If your gut is low in good bacteria it can be helpful.  Buy Activia or Dannon Yogurts and eat sauerkraut. My doctor put me on an elimination diet to help me find out what foods were causing me gas.  I just posted this website under another post.  Look under diets, but please get a check up.    www.gicare.com
