How do you cope with excessive Flatulence

i have been suffering from the same excessive trapped gas , and constant flatulence symptoms for about 2 yrs. The conditions have destroyed my social life, i'm to the point where i just stay home because i dont want to misconvenience other people. My gassy ora makes people rub there nose, cough, and complain of head-aches. Ive been searching on the internet for some relevance, but my symptoms are so common to several ailments and diseases. it seems like theres a constant build-up of gas ,soon as some is expelled my stomach fills right back up with gas. Sometimes it seems hard to expelgas even with a great urge to do so, and i think be it may be because the air being passed through is so excessive that it transforms to a gassy , sticky, green mucous which is not easily expelled because of its thick sticky texture. When ever i sit next to someone , they are so discomforted, but cant really understand why. Please does anyone have any suggestions

Try a change in diet.  Do you consume lots of dairy?  Try eating only fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh chicken, fish or red meat.  You would not believe the type of damage our food supply is doing to the human body.

I've had the same extra gas for 2 yrs, since bowel surgery to remove a narrowing.
I also feel like there is a gassy ora associated with me now. It  really does take away from confidence. I haven't tried anything specific, gas-x doesn't really make a difference. I just assumed it's part of irritable bowel and should eventually dissipate with time.
I don't have a choice since when you mentionn it to doctors they just say add fibre, etc.
Perhaps yours would be controlled by diet, as suggested, if you haven't had surgery to trigger it 2 yrs ago.
