Intestinal Pain, gas, bowel incontinence

I get severe intestinal pain, gas, experience incontinence of the bowel, diarrhea, for 2 to 3 days of traveling for more than 6 hours by car, or when wearing any clothing that fits snugly (not tight) against my upper abdomen. Do you have any idea what this is or what I can do to availd it.

I had bowel incontinence, too.  An oozing of stool without even realizing it.  Was told I didn't have enough fiber and to take Metamucil.  It didn't help.  Finally I went to a doctor who explained that my sphincter muscle had lost its ability to hold back the stool and she prescribed an exercise and it has certainly eliminated the problem within 3 months.
She told me to contract and release that muscle 25 times rapidly and then stop.  Then to contract the muscle  - hold it - then release it 25 times.  Do this about 3 times a day - when you're watching TV, reading, driving, etc.  Do it when sitting down.  After a month or so do it while standing, bending, etc.

I'm sure you will have the same excellent results that I did.

Hey, I experience those too. Sometimes my abdomen is very sensitive and my stomach develops gas easily. I have no idea what it is and mine just keeps getting worse.
