Recently Dxs but dont think it is right

So, about a month ago I was dxs with IBS-with Constipation by a doctor at the clinic I go to. They gave me some medication as well. However, I dont feel IBS is what I have going on. My main complaint is pressure in the lower right side. I have had some constipation, and pain in other areas but not severe or anything I am concern about. I get very gassy at times as well.

The medication they placed me on made me sick to my stomach. Can anyone tell me what sxs they have that lead to IBS being the dxs? Is the pressure in the right side common? I also have to pee often at night when the pressure is at its worse. I just would like to know if they figured out the concern or if I should look for a better answer.
