Lower stomach bloating!

Hi
I just need some help!

My lower stomach is always bloated , I am on the depo injection and I've done a pregnancy test once a week the last month so I'm not pregnant. However my lower stomach is bloated and sometimes hard. If I push down on the left lower side I can feel like a mass.
My doctor did say I had IBS and I am taking regular medicine but I'm always bloated. I'm being careful with what I eat and drink and have started to exercise more aswell.

Can someone help please?

I suffer from ibs with constipation and have for 10 years. I am at the point of taking 3 laxatives and mega stool softener twice a day My gastro has no answers so he put me on Linzess last week Needless to say I have not had a BM at all. I spend my time managing what to do. I have been almost house bound.

Believe me, I feel your pain. I honestly don't know what to do.

Hi, I have IBS. I get bloated every now and then.  Talk to your doctor about taking GAS-X or Phazyme. Worked for me.
