Mucus problems

Recently diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomyosis, scar tissue from 3 csections with my organs stuck together (don’t know the extent-there was a language barrier with the doc) I recently started having very loud stomach noises and rumblings especially in the morning-not related to being hungry. Many times I will also have bad gas and passing a lot of mucus only with the gas  (no blood that I can see) I have constipation but do also have Normal sized bowel movements from time to time. I’m concerned about the mucus as I’ve never had it in my life. Could this be IBS or something worse?
