Panic attack after bowel movement

Almost daily I have a panic attack after bowel movement, mostly when my stools are loose. My DR. sent me to heart Dr. all tests came out normal, including blood tests. Then went to gastro Dr. he could not really give me an answer. He said maybe stomach virus and said would do a colon scope. I really don't want to do that, a liittle scared I guess.
Last month I had a horrible panic attack after BM and called 911, went to ER felt like I was dying. They did all kinds of test too and said it was anxiety. I do worry and think too much about everything and feel I have slight OCD about certain things. I was perscribed Zanax, so now after BM I start to feel panic attack coming on I take Zanax and in 10 mins. I feel normal but slightly drained and panic attack goes away. Next day it happens all over again. I feel stressed out and fearful in the hours leading up to next BM wondering how severe Panic attack will be.I feel this is ruining my life.I am male 45 yrs old  Please any input would help, Thanks in advance!

I understand that PERFECTLY s I am having same conditions myself since last 2 years, daily panic attack after BM's. But, condition gets better if I get involved in some discussion , basically distracting the mind somewhere, which is not possible on a daily basis.
