What could this lump be on right side of belly mid quadrant?

I have had this lump for about 2 years. At first there was no pain just a lump. As time goes by its gotten so painful at times. It will throb and stick out. I can't wear anything that touches it. Now I can't even eat or drink without it throbbing soon after. Then that food or beverage comes right back up. I can't eat much at all. The whole right side of my stomach is higher and looks odd..discolored where the lump is. Now my left side is starting to throb. No lump though. My doctor did a colonoscopy and all is good. Also it isn't a hernia evidently.
