Would this be considered IBS symptoms

Ever since I was a child I have had a weird stomach. I eat certain things or a big meal, wear pants with elastic or slightly tight, don't get enough sleep, have anxiety or worry on my mind and my stomach goes. I have had issues out of the blue where I had to run to the washroom. This happened out shopping or at work. It is embarrassing at times. It effects my life. I am fine for a few days then all of the sudden I get bad. I get the bloating, stomach cramps, and need to stay near a washroom. I've been told that I need to change my diet. Not sure what to eat. One day I can eat something and I'm fine the next time I'm sick. Hard to manage symptoms. What can I do? Anyone have any advice.

For me cutting out dairy and gluten all but cured my IBS. Now I have problems only when I have an exposure to those culprits

Just a follow up to my question. I do have constipation. Most of the time when I sit it takes a while to come out. No problem when I have an upset stomach. I do have bloating, stomach pains, gurgling. I know that something isn't right. Sometimes it immediately leads to running to the bathroom. Other times it doesn't.
