abdominal fullness and difficult swallow

I am 40 years old female, who've been diagnosed with IBS with chronic constipation condition for 2 years.  I recently experience fullness everyday regardless eating or not. I also felt hard to swallow in the last 1 week, the symptom seem to get worse if i lie down. I've been refered to several Gastroenterologists, who ran few tests on H. Pylori, colonoscopy, and abdominal ultrasound. My H. Pylori IgE test came back negative. My colonoscopy shown normal. i was instructed to take pepcid 20mg qd for acid reflux and gastritis. I still have to take additional maalox extra strength after each meals to reduce the fullness after meals.  I feel my entire stomach swelling and full of gas. I have difficult time to have bowel movement and even passing gas through.   my life was in hell in the last 2 years, i could not go to bed since each time i lie down on my bed. Please give me some advice what should i do now.  Thanks.
