Blood and protein found in urine?

I went to the Er this past weekend and I just got the results yesterday. I have pain on my lower right side so they said where it hurts was under my lower rib cage but my x rays came out normal(which is good) they didn’t do a ultrasound or ct scan only a urine and x-Ray scan on my chest and The dr at the Er said my urine was normal but I don’t think so because it says I have >=300 mg of protein in my urine, moderate squam epithelial and many mucus threads, 10-14  hyaline casts, small occult blood and 1-4 Rbc, I made an appointment with my primary care provider.

Does this seem like something’s wrong with my kidneys?

According to your test result, you may have inchoate nephritis, the remarkable urine protein and urine blood is inchoate nephritis’ important characteristic, but it cannot be diagnosed by the result of only one time of urine test, you can do urine test twice another week, and tell me about your test result, so that I can help you to get  diagnosis
