Could this be chronic kidney disease?

Hello, what is the probability of chronic kidney disease with mild penis pain, microscopic hematuria and more frequent urination during the day. There is no urination at night, no other symptoms except that urine is occasionally bubbly, sometimes not. Could it only be a simple infection because I'm a young person? Im really scared

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your question. Have you had an urinary tract infection before?  You sound like you are having symptoms of a UTI. Here's information on this https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/320872.php.  It's important to see your doctor and they will ask you to do a urine sample to check for bacteria in it.  If it is there, then you will need antibiotics.  Having a UTI does not mean you will have a chronic kidney disease particularly if this is your first one. If you get frequent issues, then they may look deeper as to why but it doesn't sound like that is the situation at this point.  Can you get to a doctor to see if you have a UTI?
