That's considered fairly heavy alcohol consumption, especially at the 30/week level. I don't know what impact having lost a kidney will have, but the risks of heavy alcohol consumption including increased risk of cancer, pancreatitis (which can be fatal), cirrhosis, heart attack, and stroke, to name some. No one can tell you IF any of those things will ever happen to you, or when they would if they do. Some people never experience these problems, and others do after only a few years of heavy drinking.
I'm not judging you - I drink alcohol, but I limit my consumption to a level that I feel is within my comfort zone, risk-wise. Having lost a kidney, I'd certainly be inclined to pose this question to a medical professional and evaluate drinking patterns.
