Elevated Creatine, Normal Bun

I am a 24, slightly overweight male, I went to the Er with Gastritis and they ran a blood kidney test on me and the doctor came back and said my creatine was slightly elevated to 1.5. He said my Bun was normal at 12. I don't work out and have very little muscle mass, I have lost 30 pounds through dieting and stomach problems the past 3 months. He compared the test to 2 months ago and my creatine was 1.1. HE aid to see my regular doctor in the week and have him run the test again. Should I be worried?

I wasn't anemic either and my WBC was normal.

Also the x-rays of my kidneys were fine. And a ct scan 3 months ago my kidneys were fine, no blood flow restriction.
