Extremely high CK levels rhabdomyolisis

I was a college athlete a while back and following practice one day I woke up from a deep sleep in the worst pain of my life in my lower right back. I went to the ER where the Dr ran several tests. He came back and accused me of taking steroids which I had never done. He accused me of this because my CK levels were extremely high at over 100,000 U/L. He sent me home with Vicodin and told me to avoid steroid use and that I just pulled a muscle. The next day it got worse so I went back. That Dr suspected possible kidney stones or infection. He have me several injections of demerol which did nothing for me. He sent me home with a prescription for more. The following day it was no better. I couldn't move or sleep and in extreme pain still. With the help of my roommate I was able to get to the bathroom. My urine was very dark like iced tea and was getting a bit darker later on. I went to a 3rd Dr who discovered I had suffered a bad muscle injury causing rhabdomyolisis which was damaging my kidney due to the breakdown of myoglobin in my blood. I also suffered nerve damage as I had a large patch o of numb skin across my lower back. My question is...did the first Dr have any reason to accuse me of steroids based on my extremely high CK levels or was he a complete nitwit who should have realized I had a significant muscle injury. He acted like he didn't even want to see me from the moment I stepped in the ER and just wanted to get me out the door. Could I have had a sort of legal action for falsely accusing me of steroids or misdiagnosis?
