Had this happen a while back

I went to the hospital for something a while back in Philadelphia, PA while i was working for the carnival. It started when i got to the carnival as a fever that wouldn't go away and worked its way up to 103.7 and stuck there. No other symptoms showed themselves other than a strong thirst like i'd spent a week in the desert so I drank as much water as i could to try to fix it and it just made me thirstier. eventually i was drinking from a high pressure hose and it still wasn't helping. My urine took a dark caramel color that stained anything it touched and even made my ejaculate, during sexy times with gf, the same dark caramel color. I went to the hospital for it and they said "Virus" which means they had no idea and didn't want to bother with it so i should just go. Eventually one day I got a burning feeling in my right kidney like i hadn't pissed for 3 days so I had my gf pull over at a Burger king so i could go. It was coffee black when i went. But as soon as i finished everything stopped. The fever died, the rest of the symptoms vanished. Never found out what I had. I'd like if someone could help me figure it out.

Dehydration my friend will cause darker urine and ejaculate.
The viral infection was likely a separate co-existing event,
however dehydration is the exact opposite of what the body needs when you have an infection.
You really need to stay hydrated all the time, by drinking plently spring water.
When you don't urinate for 3 days, you body is holding on to fluids because of dehydration, but it also makes me suspect
additional urinary/bladder or possibly kidney issues.
If I were you I would see a Urologist or kidney specialist
just to make sure you don't have any serious underlying
problems.
Best wishes,
Niko
