I’m confused by this report does this mean the lesion is on or near kidney??

Here is what the report said:
Solid lesion measuring approximately 4 mm inferior to the left kidney, of uncertain etiology, though infection or inflammation
is suggested given the patient's pain when scanning this structure.
Incidental note is made of a heterogeneous 4 cm somewhat nodular structure inferior to the left kidney with some internal blood flow.

Recommend further evaluation with CT.
Significant finding communication protocol was immediately initiated.
