KIDNEY STONE AND PELVOCALIECTASIA

hello I has my ultrasound and the impression wrote there is
There is no significant disparity in the renal sizes
Both show normal echoegenity and configuration,as well as good cortcumedullary differentiation

The Kidney measures 9.4x4.9x4.9 cm cortical thickness of 0.8 cm
The right Kidney pelvocaleceal system is dilated.No mass lesions or lithiasis noted

The left Kidney measures
9.8x4.2x4.9 with cortical thickness of 0.8,
The left central echo complex is intact
A 0.5 cm high intensity echo with posterior sonic shadowing seen on mid/superior calyceal tip.No mass lesion noted

Ureters are not visualized

The Urinary bladders is psysiollogically distended unthickened walls
No intraluminal echoes seen
Pre-void Volume =243 cc        Post-void Volume=4 cc

IMPRESSIONS:
PELVOCALIECTASIA RIGHT
SMALL NON-OBSTRUCTING NEPHROLITH LEFT

UNREMARKABLE ULTRASOUND OF URINARY BLADDER

Do I have a kidney stones or Kidney disease? please help
