Kidney Stone Help? Please?! *Long*

Warning This Is Long:

I was diagnosed on the 1st with Kidney Stones. Two days prior I went to urgent Care for severe left flank pain and nausea. After a clean x-ray they diagnosed me with a UTI and gave me a three day antibiotic. I go wishes the antibiotic and still had severe left flank pain and nausea so went to the ER. The ER doctor was upset they didn't do a CT scan so he ordered one and I find out I had two kidney stones a 3x2mm in my left kidney and a 5x3mm in my right kidneys. Non obstructive and still in the kidneys in the lower pole. I was told I was at risk for them getting bigger. I got prescribed hydro's and sent home. 8 days later I was in even worse pain to the point I was in tears and so nauseous I couldn't eat. The pain was now in both flanks. After a toradol injection, hydro and then morphine as well as I fluids the pain finally went away for a bit. They didn't do another CT scan and diagnosed with a UTI on top of the kidney stones. Prescribed me more hydro's, an antibiotic (another three day course, but a different one) and flomax. They did an x-ray and said there still was no obstruction. It's only been three days but all the flomax has done so far is make me have to pee constantly like every few hours. Other than that tomorrow is my last day of the antibiotic and I am still not feeling any different and the pain is really severe again tonight where hydro's are barely doing anything. I can't get comfortable. I have had a lot of UTI's in the past while I was pregnant (I'm not and have my tubes cut) and I know this isn't UTI pain. I have to see a urologist, but have to go an hour out of town and still trying to get an appointment set up. I am really worried the kidney stones are bigger. I have been drinking lots of water. I just don't know what to do. I am 24 and never had kidney stones until now. I need some advice.

The only dangerous kidney stones are those that cause obstruction, although you can have pain just because they are moving around.  What MDs won't tell you is that you may be able to reduce the size of your stones by taking a supplement called Nigella sativa.  Another name is black seed oil, but use the proper plant name of Nigella sativa to get the right thing.  Whole Foods carries the oil, and many herbal health stores do. You can order it from Amazon.  You need a highly rated brand that is organic, cold pressed, etc.  You would take 1 tsp every night in organic orange juice before bed.  This will help break up the most common forms of kidney stones.  If you tell a doctor he will say it's poppycock, but medical tests have been done and the tests confirm.  Research it yourself.  The oil is very high in antioxidants and prevents all kinds of infections and cancer cells.  I used it all the time.  If you use too much you can smell it, which kind of smells like dirty oregano.  So use 1 to 1 1/2 tsp, not 2 or 3 tsp every day.  The only other thing, again, if i use too much, is I have a little acne from oily skin.  That's it.

I also forgot to mention I have had hematuria (blood in my urine) for over three weeks now which I don't understand when the stones are still in my kidneys.

It sounds like the stones are moving around, and the blood has to run out.  The system is all connected and the urine that is flushing the blood is made in the kidneys.
Okay. Yea I just finished off the antibiotic and no difference. I slept maybe an hour last night that is it. I am exhausted and in so much pain. I am about ready to call my gp and see if she'll do a CT scan to see if the stones are bigger.
