Why Urine positive for bili, uAlb, nitrites, leukocytes, glucose and protein.

Hello, sorry this is long. I am a 28 yr old male about a month ago I had a sudden pain in my side which Is hard to describe but it made me stop what I was doing and take a rest for a couple minutes. It finally after about 20 minutes went away. Over the next couple of days I began experiencing UTI symptoms ( constantly needed to go to bathroom, it burning and that feeling like I always had to go. I went to the doctor he gave me antibiotics because my urine was positive for nitrites, glucose and protein. After a week of antibiotics I felt better but still was getting the occasional pin in my side. Went back to the doc a week later cause pain was still occurring and my urine than tested for bili, uAlb, leucocytes , nitrites glucose and protein ( so it was worse). They sent it for a culture and said that the results showed no sign of bacteria though and told me to keep drinking water and go for ultrasound. Ultrasound showed nothing and the pain has finally gotten better in my side. Now it occurs once in a while but not as severe but I can still feel a little discomfort every once in a while. My urologist said to come back in a week if still feeling a little pain but reasured me that the culture showed no bacteria. So I am wondering how can my urine test positive for so many things but not have any bacteria and the ultrasound show nothing. It is very nerve racking that the doctor is making it seem like its not a big deal but this has been going on for a month. The pain is better but it still does occur just on a smaller scale. Sorry that was very long but if anyone actually gets through reading it and has any ideas let me know. Also I am a male and never had a UTi or kidney stone before in my life
