Will MCDK cause issues for my baby later in life ?

I am 31 weeks pregnant, and so stressed out about this diagnosis . Our baby has a multicystic dysplasic kidney on the left, and the right kidney and bladder are normal . However, I have been reading lots of the studies on it , and many of them say that often the other “healthy” kidney has small issues like reflux etc that cause damage over time and many of these people actually end up with end stage renal failure later in life. So far they have just done an ultrasound to see these issues and told me everything will be fine since she has a healthy kidney , but I can’t help but wonder if they would have even seen these smaller issues like reflux on the ultrasound? I have read that you can’t . Any info or stories would be greatly appreciated !
