large iso echoic area in mid pole observed in ultrasound test.

In the ultrasound test during the preventive health checkup, it was mentioned in the report that large iso echoic area in mid pole causing lobulation of renal  cortex and insinuation into renal sinus and shows normal vascularity and branching pattern.  No problem is being faced as all the blood and urine tests are normal. What could be the reason for the observation.

This is a normal variant called hypertrophied column of Bertin.
