proteinuria - bubbles in urine

Hello,

I am concerned about protein in my urine.  I’m a 36 years old male – 95 kg – 180 cm
I used to be athlete when I was young, and I do exercise every once in a while, almost with this pattern:  I go to gym for 3 months and I stop for 3 months)
When I urinate into the toilet (even when I’m setting), sometimes I get bubbles sometimes I don't. Sometimes the bubbles disappear immediately sometimes they are there for a few minutes, or maybe even longer.  Bubbles are only on surface and never really build or tower-up where I am urinating.
I recently started to exercise regularly with the below habits:

• I workout 4 days a week
• I go to sauna 4 days a week
• I follow high protein diet (eggs –red meat –chicken – peanut butter - yogurt)
• I take 2 scoops of whey protein very workout day and 1 scoop in rest day
• I take supplements such as Omega 3 – B-complex – Cal.Mgns – Cucrumine -
I noticed the bubbles in my urine almost after I’m back to the gym recently.
I’m planning to see a doctor and do urine analysis and blood test.

Any advice??

You should do an examination, urine routine and kidney function tests.
