Inconclusive test

ct scan, xrays, urine test, cbc, all done 2 times each nothing.....urologist checked out test, nothing, but urologist said he thought it may be skeletal muscle....ache is back in left kidney area, cramping in left abdomen happens when i urinate, but goes away, stomach bloating, but yet all test have shown nothing, no blockage, no stones, kidneys look normal, no uti, blood work super..so now what do i do?  anyone out there have the occurance happen to them?  PLEASE HELP
