Is there any link between duplex kidneys and addisons disease?

Hello I was born with duplex kidney and duplex urethra. I am currently under investigation for pelvic pain, chronic migraines, back pain and fatigue. I am yet to find out what is going on with me but I have been researching my symptoms and i wondering if I could be suffering with Addison's disease. Does anyone here suffer from either of these conditions and could share more about you symptoms, diagnosis and treatments please. Thank you so much, Laura

From anatomy, we know that the kidney is right by the adrenal glands. However, a duplex kidney involves the ureters. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/16492-duplex-kidney  This is a birth defect you are born with. Basically you have two separate drainages or ureters that drain into a single kidney.  My niece had this and had a surgical repair. Now how this relates to addison's disease. May I ask why you are asking this question? Do you have addisons disease? Addisons disease is a separate issue from my reading.
