Renal calculi

RIGHT KIDNEY is normal in size, shape and attenuation. No focal lesions noted. Mild dilated right pelvicalyceal
system due to 10x11 mm (HU + 615) PUJ calculus with peripelvic fat stranding at the level of L1-L2
intervertebral disc. Tiny 2mm concretion seen in lower pole. Rest of Right ureter is normal in course and calibre.
No ureteric calculi. Perinephric area and pararenal fascia appear normal.

My CT Scan report had these findings, please suggest.
