Foamy urine

My urine appears foamy for last 3 months.. Did urinalysis twice in this period. Albumin, nitrites etc all are absent. Only serum creatinine is 16.8 from 1.56.No other  physical symptoms. I'm Diabatic for 10 yrs. Now  in control. Not hypertensive. Have OAB for last 40 years. No prostate issues too. But the foamy urine freaks me out. Please advice.

No idea, but if creatinine is high enough it is a sign you might have kidney disease.  It's also a possible sign of inflammation.  It can be a controversial measure, because if it isn't really high compared to norm it usually indicates nothing at all but some docs will go nuts over it.  But again, no idea.
