streptococcal infection

My son was born in December 2007 and was found to have a streptococcal infection (ASO: 365.4 IU/ml) in April 2017. Although he has been taking penicillin, methotrexate, or methylprednisolone for these 4 years, the ASO was still high at 764 IU/ml according to a medical exam in March 2022. he was very tired at times and his hair turned gray. I am very anxious about his health and don't know what to do to help him. Should he continue taking these medications or what advice can you offer? Thank you so much!!!
