I have been experiencing undiagnosed painful full body inflammation - help?

I have been experiencing full body inflammation/edema for the past 2 years, without relief. It feels like excess fluid, throbs (wakes me up sometimes from my skin throbbing all over), and it is (strangely) worse in the morning and after laying down, but it never actually goes away. I have headaches often with this, and extreme extreme fatigue. My doctors have tested everything they can think of, but cannot find an answer. It started just over 2 years ago, halfway through my last pregnancy, and has not gone away since. It has made life very difficult and painful - and I'm wondering if you know of anything else that it could possibly be! Thank you so much.
