Information for stone recurrence

Does anyone know of any good patient information or a workbook to try and reduce risk of forming another stone ?

I suffered kidney stones for years until I found out I had an issue with my parathyroids that were creating too much calcium. Ask your doc to check your parathyroid hormone levels ( PHP).

Did your urologist recognize the connection with kidney stones and parathyroid? Mine never mentioned it…
