I was diagnosed with 7mm Kidney stone but my doctor said that i can still pass it through medication. after a month i got ultrasound again and found that there's a 4 mm stone. is there any chances the the 7mm now became 4mm? I have benn taking Potassium Citrate .

It is unlikely for a kidney stone to significantly decrease in size in 1 month without intervention such as lithotripsy. It is more likely that the differences in reported size reflect differences in measurement technique.
