Pain in shoulders neck and collarbone after drinking alcohol

I have to say that I am not a deinker and i indulge myself a drink very rarely. This last saturday night I had some whisky and shortly after drinking i started feeling an intense pain in both my shoulders. My neck and my upper chest and my collarbone. The pain lasted for a couple of hours. I have made an appointment with my local gp but it might take a long time before i can consult due to COVID 19. I called a family doctor to ask for his advice and he told me that there's a small chance it might be Hodgkin's Lymphoma. What do you experts think based on these symptoms?

Hi, the most likely cause is the same thing that is causing all your other symptoms, as stated in your other thread. It's some immune system reaction.
