high WBC, high absolute neuts, high absolute lymph

I notice that every bloodtest i do yearly or every 6 months my WBC, absolute neutrophils, and absolute lymphocytes are high.

My absolute lymphocytes are higher than before. I think the max range is 3.74 and mine is 4.1

My WBC and absolute neutrophils are also higher than normal.

I had muscle tightness, headache (pain scale of 3/10) and twitching all over my body, i had this below hip pain when I bend on my side for months.  Im not sure if these are symptoms related to blood disorder or lymphoma. I never been sick except last January of this year 2023. I had a bad sore throat and i had chills in the plane. Everyone around me got sick as well.

My Rheumatoid factor is normal from my test in the past, thyroid test is normal too. I have 2 nodules in my thyroid which are ok so far. The other labs are normal as well as the electrolytes. I do have PCOS & i dont take any medication. My Ob saw some tiny cyst but she said they are not concerning.

Is anyone here can answer while i wait for my doctors appointment?
