Liver enlarged with mass lesions seen

My father is 75 years healthy. Recently he started having abdominal pain. We got an ultrasound done in which the report says that ‘Hepatomegaly with large SOL in rt lobe of liver with Splenomegaly and portal vein throbosis. What advice do you give- thanks and what does it mean ?
