Alt and ast scores after routine surgery.

The day before surgery my Liver enzymes were slightly high (alt 54) and (44 AST) 11-7.   On 11-8 I had a wide local Excision of a melanoma (mole removal and more skin around it).   The following day 11-9 I tested again and my ALT was 75 and AST was 75.  Is there a connection between these scores and the surgery?
