Biochemistry

I am a 62year old female and my SGPT-ALT was 29 U/L normal being 36
SGOT-AST was 20U/L  normal being 36
TG 30 U/L normal being 55
I'm not a alcohol drinker only very actually
Is there any thing I can do to get this better and what may have happened to get it like this
Thank you

I'm in 100% agreement with fntn.   What a wonderful liver you have that is working perfectly normal.  When you are given a score to determine liver function you want a # that is less then the normal range.
For example: If ALT and AST are normal at 36, any # lower then that would be in the ideal range.  Should your ALT and AST show 100, then you would be concerned.
Your scores indicate by being lower then the average # that your going to live a long and healthy life in regards to your liver function.
Embrace your wellness.

These are great numbers and nothing to worry about. If you do have an underlying disease that you can tell us about, that would be helpful. But these numbers are normal. Take care.
