Confused - Liver Disease and/or Iron Overload?

Hi - active 34yr - non obese male - Non Drinker:

Raised ALT (130ish) - Enlarged Liver - Transferin saturation high 85% - but normal Ferratin - Raised serum iron (aprox + 25% above upper normal limit - mildly raised MCH (Haemoglobin) - plasma viscosity mildy raised.

FH of early deaths due to liver cancer.

Confused - Very High transferrin Saturation - would make you think of Haemochromatosis right? also high iron - but the ferratin is normal? Query is this early haemochromatosis?

or is haemochromatosis nothing to do with it? - I assume I have liver disease - Does the ALT result mean this is more than simple fatty liver? i.e NASH

but what about that iron and transferin saturation etc arghh?

What do you think folks? anyone with anything similar?

Thanks
M.

Is it only your Alt that is elevated in regards to liver enzymes?
