Elevated AST and ALT / Digestive Enzymes

I have been having liver tests for a couple of years due to my elevated bilirubin (consistently 2.3).  My liver functions have always been normal. In my most recent test, my AST jumped to 117 and ALT jumped to 49 (2.3 ratio.)  All of my other tests were normal.  I started taking digestive enzymes recently for digestive issues/IBS.  Could this be related to my elevated liver enzymes?  Im sure my Dr. will order a retest.  I had an ultrasound 6 months ago and my liver was fine.  I have not had much to drink since November 2017, so the higher AST was a big surprise.
