Elevated labs with no direction

Hello, 55 YO male in good shape. 5"9' weighing 170 with central sleep apnea and history of below labs on annual lab works. Im retired Navy and doctors say not sure as all hepatitis tests negative. Side note i also have history of elevated CPK and sweat a lot. Any suggestions for the doctor as they are open.
