Small liver hemangioma (1cm), low hoemoglobin and back aches

I got a UTI recently during which the sonography was taken and in the same it was highlighted that theres a 1cm diameter hemangioma on the left lobe of my liver.
Just one week after that i suffered from severe back pain in the lower back. I already have been suffering from cervical pain in the neck since 2007.
Blood tests have shown Vit D Deficiency and 10.5 hemoglobin count.
The Doc says while the back pain is becoming chronic due to the Vit D deficiency, theres nothing to worry about the lesion seen in the sonography.
Kindly help.

incidentally found liver hemangiomas are found commonly on CT scans and MRI.  1-2 %of the general population have these and only very rarely symptomatic.
