High AST,ALT,GGT,Alkaline Phosphatase

I'm 25 year old female
Alkaline Phosphatase -141
AST- 35
ALT -88
GGT -142
And my liver measures 14.3 cm
.I've been going to Gastrologist  for the pass year and they keep telling me the reason I  have high levels is because I had mononucleosis but I don't think that the reason for it !my doctor doesn't think that's the reason for the high Levels too

Dear All. Listen up. 1 year plus back my liver GGT is 600 plus. Now is normal at 36. If there's no other hidden reason, GGT can be brought down. Firstly, cut down all alcohol, food that are non natural. Herbs and supplements need liver to detox too FYI. Basically I cut down all salt, sugar. I stop herbs and supplements. I keep calendar and note what I eat. I ate organic and food that detox, example sweet potato, avocardo, pineapple, beetroot. Eat w moderation. Need more ideas let me know

I don't have any gallbladder stone

How are your Bilirubin levels (direct and total)? Any indications of gallbladder or gall stone problems??
