High ast and alt

Hi,

So I had a annual medical check up a few days ago and my blood results came back.
Everything is normal except for my ast and alt;
Alt: 54 (normal is between 9 and 46)
Ast: 142 (normal between 10 and 40)
I am male, 32 fit.
I drink maybe 3/4 beers per week.
I do not have any symptomes and do not take any medications. I always considered myself a relatively healthy person.

Now from what I read online those results could be alcoholic hepatitis or a cirrhosis...I’m kinda freaking out to be honest, I didn’t think I drank enought to damage my liver.
My doctor just said to take the test again in a few weeks to confirm anything.
