Increasing sgpt while taking liver medicines prescribed by doctor

Last month my sgpt reads 180, then doc recommended to take liver supplements and medicines. Such as essentiale forte and ursoliv. After a month I did the test and as of now, my sgpt rose to 326. I've been excercising and dieting the past month. How did it increased with medication and diet?
